"Based on the information provided to me we were to be picked up at the arrival area in the airport. We waited there and watched for our driver.
When we could not find him I called to ask his whereabouts and was told we had to find him in the car park. Since this was our first trip to Heathrow we had no idea where to go.
The driver did try to call us but apparently wasn’t dialing properly for our USA number. And it cost us an additional 15£ Parking fee for the driver. Which was a surprise expense. The driver was great once we found him. More information on where to meet the driver is needed. "
