"Everything was excellent although I downloaded your App but there was no way to get this journey on to it or track the driver. Also our event was underground in the hotel so it was not possible to receive your calls but the doorman had been told to expect the driver so it all worked inthe end. Driver was good but didnt help us with our luggage."
