"The first driver wasn't happy as I hadn't seen him as soon as I got to the arrivals lounge at the airport. He was very annoyed and accused us of being at the airport for 30 mins but we had only just arrived and went straight away to reclaim our luggage. We were there for no more than 10 mins. He was concerned that he would have to pay a fine of £4.30 for staying too long in the airport carpark.
The 2nd driver arrived earlier than expected which was an added bonus for us. Very polite and helpful, couldn't have asked for a nicer driver hence why I've given a 5* rating "
